My STORY
It all started when a friend asked me to cater a wedding…

Cooking has been my passion ever since I could climb onto a step stool and reach the stove.

When I was younger, I spent a great deal of time with my grandmother who was always in the kitchen cooking. I saw Grandma Tillie as a strong independent woman who I admired for always working hard to support her family while also welcoming whoever walked through her door, and whomever may have needed a warm meal and comfort. Growing up I would watch and admire my grandmother as she prepared many meals and baked many goodies including her crazy chocolate cake, which was well known among family and friends, along with her homemade cinnamon rolls, breads, and other confections.

Dedicated to making your day special through food

As an adult, I enjoy duplicating my grandmothers’ creations but also creating my own recipes while exploring new flavors and favorites of my clients. Today, I enjoy offering warm meals and sweet confections to others while they support their families and celebrations of their own in which they will reflect on for years to come.

So, when asked to cater that wedding, I said yes! It was an honor, and it was an exciting opportunity to see if I wanted to pursue a career in catering and expand my love of cooking for others to enjoy. After the success of that wedding, I valued the experience and found myself eager to create more food and experiences for others, so I began my adventure as a caterer. The daughter of the person who originally asked me to cater the wedding, asked if I would do the honors of catering her wedding as well, which I was ecstatic to be a part of!

It is always an honor to be invited to be a crucial part of an event. Food is a staple at events, big or small. Food brings people together and makes a statement, and I recognize I only get one attempt to make it perfect. To

create that perfect experience, which will forever represent my clients, I believe is imperative to get to know my clients, their needs, desires, and personality. The aspect of getting to know my clients brings me just

as much joy as my cooking.

I have been catering for over 15 years and continue to be inspired by new and repetitive clients.

The passion I have, I contribute to Grandma Tillie.

It excites me to create something new that is just for you, and I can’t wait to get to know you.
